Playdate/ socialization

Hi, I’ve adopted a dog from Ukraine. Since he was found as puppy and now he is 10 months old, he is having some problems with socialization. So I would like to let him know that other dogs are friends and threats, would like to meet for playing/ walking with other dogs (puppies, teenagers, seniors). Yo-yo would be really happy ☺️
