A man (late 30s to mid-40s) walks in Schönholzer Heide with a stick, swears with dog-hating sentiment. He normally has headphones on and goggle-like glasses. Looks like a hiker. He holds a walking stick which he often waves at dogs. He was there today (14.02.2022), and a man I met told me that he is known to hit dogs with his stick. I have not heard of any poison at Schönholzer Heide but this man is potentially a threat to dogs.
