Frequently asked questions

Any user can report dangers at any time and thus warn other users. To avoid losing time, warnings are published immediately.

You will see every danger warning near you as a red exclamation mark on the radar. You can also use the search function to look for danger warnings in specific cities.

For every danger reported within a 50 km radius of your home or location, you will receive an automatic push notification on your phone.

Yes, simply go to the app settings. There you can adjust the distance.

Go to the radar and click the “+” symbol. There you can select “Report danger, specify the location, and in the last step enter further information about the danger.

Yes, under the title you will see an indicator with the number of users who have already confirmed this danger warning. As soon as there is an official police report, the indicator changes to “Confirmed by police”.

Each danger warning is shown to other users in the radar for 7 days by default, after which it can only be found via search. Using the “Confirm danger warning or “Report danger as current” button extends the display period accordingly.

No, the radar is completely free.

At the top right, via the three dots, you can report an inconsistency and support will then check the accuracy of the information.
